Participants will have greater awareness of their four bodies. Exercises will help participants to have greater understanding of each body and how each body interacts with and effects the others. This workshop will help the participant to have a more complete experience with each body and meld them together as one body so they are more empowered in all areas of their lives; with self, family, friends, career and intimate partnerships. The participants will have clearer awareness as to what each of their four bodies needs to be healthier and happier. Thus, providing then with a more fulfilling and more satisfying life.
